Overview
Playa Peña Blanca, also called Wishing Well, is a snorkel spot in Aguadilla: a small sandy beach next to a rocky coast. A travel guide says swimming is best in summer at low tide, since in winter the water reaches the rocks. It is also a popular surf spot, and snorkelers report tropical fish and sea turtles.[1][2][3]
