La Parguera Wall

Overview

La Parguera Wall (La Pared) is the shelf-edge wall off La Parguera in Lajas, reached by boat from La Parguera or Guánica. Dives here are reported between about 60 and 120 feet, while operators describe a wall running more than 20 miles and dropping to around 1,500 feet, with more than 20 dive sites along it. It is generally described as a dive for experienced, certified divers, and surface currents generally flow westward.^{[1][2][3][4][5][6]}
