Overview
Cayo del Agua is a boat-dive pinnacle off Culebra: a large, cube-shaped rock whose top sits around 30 feet, with sand at about 60 feet. Coral and sponges cover the rock, and schools of Atlantic spadefish are reported; an older guidebook also mentioned barracuda, nurse sharks and sea turtles. Current ranges from mild to strong. The site lies within the Culebra National Wildlife Refuge; check current refuge rules before diving.[1][2][3]
