Overview

The WIT Power is a sunken tugboat off Culebra, reached by boat and also listed as the Tugboat or Shipwreck; sources say it has been on the bottom since 1984. Current sources put the maximum depth at about 35 to 40 feet. Staghorn and elkhorn coral grow around the wreck, with schools of damselfish and sea turtles reported. Shallow reefs surround the site, so boats approach with caution; current runs mild to strong, and penetration is limited and only for wreck-certified divers.[1][2][3]
