Overview
Playa Stella in Rincón is a shore dive with a moderate surface swim. Shallow coral heads and sand channels near shore give way to a wall farther out, with a maximum depth around 100 ft and an average near 50 ft, per a local operator that rates it beginner to intermediate. Current picks up along the wall, so it is best with the swell down. Moray eels, lobster, nudibranchs and southern stingrays are reported.[1]
