Overview

Playa Azul in Luquillo is a shore dive and snorkel spot along the stretch from the La Pared surf break to Balneario Monserrate. A dive-site listing describes coral-rock labyrinths, limestone caves and crevices underwater, and the tourism board says the beach is popular for swimming, snorkeling, paddling, kitesurfing and kayaking. A 2007 DRNA public-beach table, marked as a draft, also lists diving ('buceo') here.[1][2][3]
