Overview

Seven Seas is a public beach (balneario) in Fajardo run by the municipality, with bathrooms, showers and barbecue areas, and a dive and snorkel site. Travel sources describe calm, clear water for swimming and snorkeling, and a 2015 newspaper list reported parrotfish, damselfish, sergeant majors and corals. A dive-site guide notes that the shallow reef near shore is bleached and healthier reef lies farther offshore, reached by launching from the Las Croabas boat ramp. Since September 2025, buoys mark a swimmer zone covering the first 150 ft from shore, usually under 15 ft deep.[1][2][3][4]
