Overview

Cayo Lobo is a boat dive off Culebra with sloping terrain, large boulders and small caves, and depths beyond 60 feet. Large schools of fish are reported, and nurse sharks rest in the small caves. Current runs mild to strong. The site lies within the Culebra National Wildlife Refuge; check current refuge rules.[1][2]
